• Retainer fee is paid to LK Real Estate prior to any work for the client is to be conducted - including, but not limited to market research, analysis, marketing, representation, on-site visits, meetings, advisory calls, drafting documents, negotiations, coordinating the transaction with all related parties.
• Residential property sale or purchase transactions retainer fee starting $1000 USD / 3500 AED.
• Commercial property sale or purchase transactions retainer fee starting $2000 USD / 7000 AED.
• All retainer fees are deductible from the total commission amount of the executed transaction, in the event of the sale or lease. In the event of no sale nor lease, LK Real Estate keeps the retainer fee. Retainer fee is non-refundable.
